RESOURCES
Rather than just sharing any resource you could find by the usual internet search, we are sharing resources from the perspective of lived experience. This list of resources is specifically from listeners and members of The Community who have found safe resources in their own area that were helpful and appreciated. There are no paid advertisements, and clinicians and resources cannot add themselves. Resources for this list can only be added by recommendation of people with lived experience. Some resources may be intentionally omitted based on lived experience.
The list of therapists below was compiled by and is managed by The Nestor System, and is being updated on an ongoing basis. You can contact The Nestor System directly in The Community regarding any concerns.
PLEASE NOTE: These resources are a starting place of ideas that may be helpful and supportive in your healing. We are not endorsing or recommending any particular resource. We are not offering clinical or legal advice, recommendations, or treatment. Your experience may not be the same, just because someone else said they had a safe and positive experience. Please care well for yourselves wisely and cautiously when seeking support from any resource.
