An episode about triggers.  Someone talked about pictures and how they can feel safe now.  She also talks about friends driving up for lunch for our birthday.  Then we talk about therapy with the family therapist and we describe the flashback flooding her with 1000 stories and feeling sick. Then we talk about running away and hearing lots of voices, and talk about reaching out for help and connection, and doing all the grounding things. And getting home to journal. And how easy questions are so distressing.  We also talk about relying on dissociation and how it’s not helpful for healing.
